AGM 2010
(For New Timothy House)

1. Proposed installation of tram system at NTH
As works are proposed to install tram system, we shall fund $1,200 from their Ernest Mok Foundation. If their resolution is accepted and soon began to construct, consider deemed fit by supplying diesel or electric tram, whether it is powered from the sub-station at the dustbin corner, or built another power station, passenger use is limited to 1 or 2-car trams, and whether routing is dependant or not. Double-deck trams; most notably from Hong Kong or Blackpool are not allowed to be used in NTH.
The NTH Neighbourhood Committee has decided that; since due to the increase of tourist population from 50 in 2007 to about 200 in 2009, and we aim to have 300 in 2010, there was a proposal to built trams.
2. Proposed installation of lightning conductors at unsafe places
As works are proposed to install lightning conductors at unsafe places, we shall fund $963 from their Ernest Mok Foundation. If their resolution is accepted and soon began to construct, consider deemed fit by installing lightning conductors, manufacture and assembly.
If the installation of tram system at NTH is submitted and accepted; consider this:
Residential Building - Formal Dining Room Building - Central Station - Carpark - Security Guard Post
(All others)
Building of underground homes, and roads to be covered by homes.
Open Up Public Tendering of Their Student Population
