9th General Meeting

LANDSCAPE MATTERS
The maintenance vehicle will be delivered on 15 May 2009.
SECURITY MATTERS
Mr Kelvin Chong, the operations manager of the New E-Security, informed that of the following:
The $100 wheel-clamping fee will be collected by the management during office hours, and after office hours, by security officers.
All car transponders cannot be used and the system has been shut down w.e.f 26 April 2009, and residents without labels are visitors. Wheel-clamping of the vehicles will take place w.e.f 2 May 2009.
Notices warned residents will be posted on all notice-boards and guard posts as well as residents without car label will be issued a warning notice.
There are some changes to the drop-off point. They can only have 4 stopping lots. Vehicles are not allowed to reverse or have 2-way. Signage is to be put up during Vesak Day.
MA was instructed to order another 2 more wheel-clamps as instructed.
ACCOUNT MATTERS
They want to consider $7.45 service charge application.
M&E MATTERS
The pond equipment is repaired, and rebuilt to school specifications.
