New Timothy House has apologised of the inconvenience due to the explosion of bicycles at the areas. Residents are reminded of the following -
Parking of the bicycles in carparks are on the first come first served basis.
Bicycles are only allowed to use on the road shoulder (double yellow lines) so not to distract other vehicles.
Owners must label their bicycles as identification in case we cannot contact you.
Bicycles found parked in water pipes, electricity/power stations, in any area blocking the car, or in unauthorised areas is an offence and will be sent to the dustbin centre.
Flat-tyred/unused bicycles are considered abandoned/derelict and also sent to the dustbin centre. Owners who clearly label their bicycles will be contacted before disposal.
